Use code "Leagues0521" at https://www.parkcheap.online/product-page/YMCAstadiumparking (see instructions in photos below) Dive into the world of boxing with Q BOX, Radiqal’s highly-loved, empowering 45-minute partner-based group fitness class. This class focuses on mastering boxing fundamentals, practising pad work, and building endurance - all while having a blast. Our awesome expert instructors pair up participants based on experience, height, and confidence. Q BOX provides a supportive and affirming environment where everyone can thrive, regardless of their experience or fitness level. Please note, new participants must watch the Quick Guide to Q BOX video, which is emailed to you upon booking. What to Expect ◉ Warm-Up: boxing-specific movements, dynamic stretching & gentle cardio. ◉ Combos: 3 dynamic combinations (with cardio options + modifications). ◉ Finale: One last group push often to Chappell’s Hot To Go! Boxing gloves and pads are provided. However, we strongly encourage wearing boxing wraps to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. Purchase a pair of rainbow NZ Boxer 4m wraps as an add-on to your booking for $20, or bring your own. Wraps support the wrist, protect the knuckles, and absorb sweat from the hands, preventing odour in the gloves. Bring a water bottle and appropriate footwear.








Booking terms & conditions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Within 24 hours, please text your instructor directly (their mobile can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email). Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
