RADIQAL MOVEMENT RULES

Please note that these Rules form part of your Terms and Conditions when signing up to any Radiqal Movement service via our online booking form(s). Rules specific to each facility and/or activity may be displayed on notices or at reception. They form part of these rules and may be changed without notice. Breach of these Club Rules may result in termination or suspension of your engagement with Radiqal Movement. If your engagement is terminated as a result of your breach of these Rules, you may be prevented from re-joining Radiqal Movement in the future at the discretion of the Chief Executive.
RESPECT & INCLUSIVITY

Inclusive Participation:

Radiqal Movement welcomes individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and identities. Everyone is encouraged to participate and engage in our exercise and social activities.

Embrace the diversity of our community. Treat every participant with kindness and respect, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or any other characteristic.

Respect each person's individual identity and use the correct pronouns as specified by the individual. Everyone deserves to be acknowledged and addressed according to their identity.

Respect the privacy of your fellow participants. Avoid discussing personal information without explicit consent, including details related to gender identity or sexual orientation.

Our facilities and activities are designed to be adaptable and inclusive. Everyone should has access to equipment and programmes suitable for their diverse body types and fitness levels.

Reporting Incidents:

If you witness or experience any form of discrimination or harassment, report it to our Chief Executive via radiqalmovement@gmail.com. We are committed to addressing and resolving such issues promptly.

By adhering to these rules, each participant contributes to the creation of a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive community within Radiqal Movement.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
-
You must follow Health and Safety instructions and requests from Radiqal Movement staff at all times, otherwise you will be asked to leave the premises (either online or in person)

Wear gear that’s appropriate and comfortable to exercise in – no jeans. Please don’t wear anything offensive or intimidating to others

Wear appropriate sports footwear during classes and PT sessions. No open-toe footwear. Bare feet only in classes that require it
-
Please keep bags off the gym floor

Towels are compulsory in workout areas. If you’ve forgotten your towel more than 3 times, you may be asked to leave

You are expected to clean up after yourself and wipe down all equipment after use

Please do not engage with Radiqal Movement under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Anyone who does will be asked to leave immediately and may be prohibited from returning

You are not permitted to train or coach others in our facilities and/or during our services, whether there is any form of payment or not
-
Always listen to your body and only ever exercise within your limits
YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS

It’s up to you to keep your belongings safe

Please leave your gear in your car and/or safe places such as lockers and use a padlock. Take your gear home with you
PHOTOGRAPHY
-
Don’t photograph or video anyone before, during, or after Radiqal activities whilst on our premises without the express prior consent of every single person who may be in the images, whether staff, PTs or members

Don’t post online, broadcast, stream or publish any photo which contains an image of any person other than you or someone who has given you permission to post this image

If members or guests want to use any photo or video taken on club premises for commercial purposes, they must get written permission from Radiqal Movement's Chief Executive

Radiqal Movement staff and contractors may take photos or video recordings for the purposes of providing services to members. Where Radiqal Movement staff or contractors take such photos or recordings, they must abide by all relevant Radiqal Movement policies including our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Strictly no photos or videos in any changing rooms

Treat fellow participants, park visitors, and nature with respect.

Adhere to all park rules and regulations. This includes respecting designated paths, leash laws for pets, and any other guidelines set by the park authorities.

Prioritize safety during walks and runs. Be aware of your surroundings, use designated paths, and follow traffic rules when crossing roads.

Be mindful of the pace of the group. Adjust your speed to ensure that everyone can comfortably participate and enjoy the activity.

Foster inclusive conversations during the walks and runs. Be mindful of diverse perspectives and engage in discussions that contribute to a welcoming environment..

Be open to adjusting routes based on the needs and abilities of the participants. Consider different options to accommodate varying fitness levels.
-
Practice environmental stewardship by disposing of waste properly and avoiding any damage to park property. Leave no trace and contribute to the preservation of the natural environment.

Communicate with the group leaders about any concerns or suggestions. Open communication helps address issues promptly and improves the overall experience for everyone.
WATER ACTIVITIES
If you are engaging in any Radiqal Movement-facilitated water activities, these rules apply:

Prioritize safety at all times.

Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to water activities.

Wear appropriate safety gear
-
Assess your skill level and only engage in water activities that match your abilities.

Seek proper training if attempting a new or challenging water-based activity.
-
Respect marine life and ecosystems.
-
Avoid littering and follow responsible waste disposal practices.
-
Whenever possible, engage in water activities with a buddy or group.
-
Communicate your plans and expected return time to someone on land.
-
Stay informed about current and forecasted weather conditions.
-
Avoid the consumption of alcohol or substances that may impair judgment before or during water activities.
-
Please seek medical advice before engaging if you have any medical condition, or are on medication, that may put you at risk of harm
INAPPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES

Don’t bring illegal or banned performance-enhancing substances of any kind on or around Radiqal Movement activities
-
Don’t carry out (or attempt to carry out) any illegal activity in or near our facilities
-
Don’t behave inappropriately or offensively
-
Don’t use abusive language or harass, insult or threaten anyone (staff or members). We will terminate your engagement with Radiqal immediately if anyone who causes other members or staff genuine concern about their safety inside or outside our activities (that includes emails, group chats, texts, phone calls or correspondence)

Don’t solicit members or carry out any business within our facilities. This includes contacting members or staff by email for business purposes without their consent

Don’t promote products or services of any kind during Radiqal Movement activities without the permission of the club manager
CHILDREN
-
Minimum age for engagement is 16
-
Children between the ages of 16 and 17 (inclusive) require consent from a legal guardian to become engage in our facilities, even on a casual basis.

Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to engage in any Radiqal Movement activities.

From time to time Radiqal Movement will work together with schools to offer supervised school exercise programmes. The terms of any child's access and use of Club facilities for the purposes of any Radiqal Movement school programme will be as agreed between Radiqal Movement and the relevant school.
COMPLAINTS PROCESS

If you have any concerns or complaints about a service, a staff member or facility, please speak to our Chief Executive via radiqalmovement@gmail.com
