We specialise in inclusive exercise guidance for LGBTQ+ folk and allies, neurodiverse individuals, those with disabilities, and people navigating gender-affirming care. Our expertise includes support with binding, hormone replacement therapy, and other gender-diverse needs. With a holistic approach, we consider all aspects of your hauora (well-being) to create a movement plan tailored just for you.
1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
A 30-minute online chat to get to know each other, discuss health and exercise history, and start shaping a personalised plan. If you are a new client, simply book the Starter Package via the service page.
3. PT SESSION
We’ll meet in our studio in Grey Lynn. During this in-studio session, we’ll go over the programme in detail, with an emphasis on performing movements correctly and safely.
