What To Expect
One Sunday a month 10:00AM Step into the world of barbell lifting with our 50-minute Q STRENGTH class. This workshop-style class combines barbell weight training with functional movement, focusing on learning technique and building confidence. In our supportive, queer-affirming environment, you’ll receive personalised instruction and modifications to ensure you move safely and confidently, no matter your experience level. Whether you’re new to lifting or looking to refine your skills, Q STRENGTH provides the space to grow and develop at your own pace. Build your strength, connect with others, and experience the power of big lifts in a joyful atmosphere. Bring a towel, water bottle, and appropriate footwear for an uplifting, empowering workout. We'll rotate the focus of each class, which include: 1) Squat/lunge focus + bent over rows & bicep curl (March 2, June 1, October 5) 2) Deadlift/single leg RDL focus + shoulder press & lateral raises (April 6, July 6, November 2) 3) Hip thrust/Bulgarian split squat focus + chest press & pushup (May 4, August 3, December 7)

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
