Resembling more of a workshop than our traditional classes, this small group training provides the perfect environment to learn and build upon your lifting abilities. Combining elements of weight training and functional training, Q STRENGTH will leave you with high-class weight-lifting skills and safe techniques. With professional direction and oversight, and weight racks providing to all levels of fitness and experience, Q STRENGTH is sure to get you excited about lifting heavy things. Enjoy moving your body, make connections with those around, and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment. To comply with health & safety measures, please bring a sweat towel, a bottle of water, and wear appropriate footwear.
Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your fitness session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page'. Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
