Service Description

Enjoy moving your body with a variety of functional body-weight exercises, each modified to every level of fitness, experience and confidence. With a blend of low intensity interval training (LIIT) and high intensity interval training (HIIT), Q Body delivers an accessible bodyweight workout suitable for everyone. Enhance your hauora and make some community connection in an affirming and welcoming environment. BYO yoga mat/towel.

Cancellation Policy

Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your fitness session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page'. Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated. Updated 17/08/2022
