Return Policy
If your Radiqal purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it or exchange it within 14 days of purchase - you must present a confirmation email/receipt. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the value of your refund unless the return is a result of error. To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in it's original packaging, with exemptions for defective merchandise and products. You may return the purchase to a Radiqal Movement fitness class, personal training, or other in-person service. If you would like to return the purchase via mail, please contact radiqalmovement@gmail.com to organise. If you do not have an online confirmation receipt, you will be required to present a valid ID. We will make every attempt to assist in locating a receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
