What To Expect
One Sunday a month. Vinyasa classes cultivate balance and establish steadiness. Flow through a thoughtfully curated sequence linking breath and movement, allowing the mind and body to find a moving meditation. Our instructors will lead you through a juicy Vinyasa flow, introducing core Āsana (yoga poses). We take special care in offering a range of modified movements and stretches to cater to a wide range of bodies, abilities and experience. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a space to go at your own pace in this class. This class encourages a holistic and inclusive approach to yoga. Join us for a session that not only builds physical strength and flexibility but also creates a sense of community and well-being. BYO mat if you have one!








Booking terms & conditions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
