What To Expect

One Sunday a month at the gorgeous gender-queer owned Cadence Studio - 5 Basque Road, Eden Terrace. Our instructors will lead you through a thoughtfully curated Vinyasa sequence, linking breath and movement, allowing the mind and body to find a moving meditation. We take special care in offering a range of modified movements to cater to a wide range of bodies, abilities and experience. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find a space to go at your own pace in this class. Cadence Studio features all-gender changing rooms and bathrooms, equipped with showers and towels. The space is quiet and private, and there is free parking available along Exmouth Street. Please note that, due to the entrance being up a steep hill with stairs, the space is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Join us for a class, then stay for a coffee just over the road. All equipment provided - but feel free to BYO mat if you have one.
