What To Expect

Our partnership with TheFluxion brings our LGBTQIA+ communities better access to high-quality, trans-designed, exercise-tailored chest binders. Come along to one of our try-on sessions to get to know more. Arriving at the session 📍 • Address: Cadence Studio, 5 Basque Road, Eden Terrace. Please note that the venue is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. • You're also very welcome to bring a friend (or friends) along for support or company. • Private changing rooms and bathrooms are available for you to use. Finding your size 📏 • TheFluxion binder sizing isn't based on your usual T-shirt or clothing size. Instead, sizing is based on your individual chest measurements. • We'll use a measuring tape to take your chest measurements and use these as a starting point to guide your sizing. You can do this yourself, or you can have one of our kaimahi support you. • If you'd feel more comfortable measuring yourself beforehand, you're absolutely welcome to do that. Check out thefluxion.com/sizing for guidance. • Every body is different. Although your chest measurement may indicate a particular size, you're welcome to try on different sizes to find the one that feels the most comfortable and gives you the fit and compression you're looking for. Trying on the binders👕 • You'll have access to our range of sample sizes from S-4XL to try on, available in both green and black. Please note that we don't currently have 5XL or 6XL samples available. • We'll support you in finding a fit that feels good for your body. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase. You’re welcome to come along and find your size, join the waitlist, make a donation to the binder fund, learn about safe binder use, or directly purchase a binder - whatever feels right for you. Want to order a binder? 🛍️ • If you find a binder you'd like to purchase, we'll be able to take your order at the session. • Payment can be made via bank transfer or stripe contactless payment. • If you'd like some time to think about it, you'll have until midday on Monday to message us and place your order. • You'll receive 10% off the RRP, and we'll be making a bulk order, meaning there will be no individual shipping costs for your binder. Collecting your binder 📦 • Binders will be available for collection on Sunday 11th Oct, 11:30AM–12:30PM, Cadence Studio. Please ensure you, or someone else, can collect your order during this time.
