What To Expect

Gear up for this high-energy, one-off Country EDM spin class at the beautiful, non-binary-owned Cadence Studios! This special collaboration brings the queers together for a dynamic, choreographed 45-minute ride that will have you dancing on bikes to Country EDM (Annika's speciality). Guided by our experienced instructor Annika (they/them), you’ll be welcomed into a supportive space where you can pedal at your own pace and have a bit of fun. "Come as you are - I’ll meet you there. You don’t need permission to ride your way, but I’ll always remind you to show up for yourself." - Annika (they/them) Join us for the class and stay for a coffee just over the road. Only 18 spots (bikes) available, so secure your spot now! Cadence Studio features all-gender changing rooms and bathrooms, equipped with showers and towels. The space is quiet and private, and there is free parking available along Exmouth Street. Please note that, due to the entrance being up a steep hill with stairs, the space is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Bring a water bottle, and closed-toe shoes to keep those tootsies safe around the machines. Our 24 hours cancellation policy applies.
