Combining elements of circuit training and high intensity interval training (HIIT), RESISTANCE is a fun and energetic 45 minute total body blast. Build strength, endurance and confidence using dumbbells, barbells & other weighted-resistance. With exercises modified to every fitness level, and a variety of weights to choose from, RESISTANCE provides a challenging yet achievable strength-based class suited to every individual. Enjoy moving your body, make connections with those around, and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment. To comply with health & safety measures, please bring a sweat towel, a bottle of water, and wear appropriate footwear.
Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your fitness session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page'. Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
