What To Expect
Weights. Resistance. Functional Circuits. Coffee & Community When: Sunday 1 February, 9AM Where: The Y Auckland Gym This 45-minute Q TOTAL BODY class is typically structured so that, either by yourself or in pairs/threes, you'll move through a circuit of stations, spending around 45 seconds to 1 minute at each one. You’ll rotate through the stations 2-3 times, with a variety of dumbbells, medicine balls, and other weighted tools available at each. We'll also encourage you to choose bodyweight modifications or another version of the movement that feels right for you. Our experienced queer instructors create a supportive space where participants can move at their own pace, with numerous options for modifications and accessibility needs. Q TOTAL BODY is a great way to build strength, resilience, and confidence using weights. So come enjoy moving your body and stick around to connect with community over a post-class coffee! Bring a towel (to keep equipment clean & hygienic), water bottle, and closed-toe shoes. The Y City - Free parking available. Booking terms & conditions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Any issues within 24 hours, please text your instructor directly (their mobile can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email). Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
