What To Expect

Low-impact, mobility-focused movement in an adaptable space Where: The D List, Kingsland When: Tuesday 3 February 2026, 7:15PM-8PM. Doors open from 7:00 PM - you can arrive anytime from then and settle in. What to Expect This class is designed for gentle, mobility-focused bodyweight movement in a flexible and pressure-free space. Instructors will provide: • 5-minute controlled dynamic warm-up • 35 minutes of mobility exercises (let us know in the booking form if you have any mobility limitations, access needs, injuries or require extra support) • 5-minute static stretching to cool down For us, sensory ease means creating an environment that can be adjusted (where able) to individual needs: • Choose a mat that suits you - brighter or dimmer lighting; closer to or further from the instructor; near exits; in quieter spots etc. • Move your mat at any time for comfort. • Sensory tools and aids welcome - feel free to bring sunglasses, hats, fidget toys, earbuds/headphones, or anything that helps you feel at ease. • Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and free to move in. • If yoga-mat texture is an issue, feel free to wear clothing that reduces skin-mat contact or bring your own mat/towel. • Wear shoes or have bare feet - up to you. • It's okay to pause or step out when needed and engage at your own pace. If you step out, we will check in after class via text. Accessibility at The D*List: • Parking anywhere at 322 New North Road is free after 5pm • Bus stops nearby, and Kingsland Train Station is 1KM away from The D*List • Width of entry door is 79cm • 1 non-gendered accessible bathroom • 2 large air purifiers Please note, there may be some casual chatting before and after class - there is no pressure to join in. Booking terms & conditions

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Within 24 hours, please text your instructor directly (their mobile can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email). Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if you’re late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
