What To Expect
"Low-impact, mobility-focused movement in an adaptable space | First Tuesday of the month 7:15PM" Where: Grey Lynn Library Hall, 474 Great North Road, Grey Lynn - there is a carpark and nearby bus stop (8114) just a 3-minute walk away. When: First Tuesday of the month. Doors open from 7:00 PM - you can arrive anytime and settle in. Class runs from 7:15 PM - 8:00 PM. What to Expect This class is designed for gentle, mobility-focused bodyweight movement in a flexible and pressure-free space. Instructors will provide: ā 35 minutes of mobility intervals (let us know in the booking form if you have any mobility limitations, access needs, or require extra support) ā 10 minutes of static stretching to finish Autonomy: you're encouraged to pause or step out when needed and engage at your own pace. If you step out, we will check in after class via text. Support: we use a card system to indicate how much guidance you want during class. You can flip your card at any time, depending on how you're feeling: š“ Red - Iād rather be left alone, thanks! š” Yellow - I'm open to guidance on form. š¢ Green - I'd like some assistance! For us, sensory ease means creating an environment that can be adjusted (where able) to individual needs: āļø Choose a mat that suits you - brighter or dimmer lighting; closer to or further from the instructor; near exits; in quieter spots etc. āļø Move your mat at any time for comfort. āļø Sensory tools and aids welcome - feel free to bring sunglasses, hats, fidget toys, earbuds/headphones, or anything that helps you feel at ease. āļø Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and free to move in. āļø If yoga-mat texture is an issue, feel free to wear clothing that reduces skin-mat contact or bring your own mat/towel. āļø Wear shoes or have bare feet. Due to safety, no standard socks, but love grippy socks (like reformer Pilates/trampoline socks). Please note, there may be some casual chatting before and after class - there is no pressure to join in. Booking terms & conditions
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via your My Booking Page or email rm@radiqalmovement.com. Please arrive on time. Sessions (classes, PT, events) will end at the scheduled time, even if youāre late. Arrivals over 15 minutes late = no-show and full fee charged. Late cancellations = full fee charged.
