Service Description

Enjoy moving your body with a variety of gentle, functional body-weight exercises, each adapted to every level of fitness, experience, and confidence. The class will begin with 10 minutes of gentle dynamic stretches to warm up, followed by 25 minutes of low-intensity exercise intervals. We'll conclude with 10 minutes of mindful, static stretching. Upon arrival, we encourage participants to choose a mat, sit or lie down, and relax. Feel free to bring earphones if you prefer to listen to your own soothing sounds. To ensure a comfortable environment for all, we will have dim lights, soft music at a low volume, and ample space between participants. Our instructor will be at the front, demonstrating each exercise to guide you through the session. Enhance your hauora and make meaningful community connections in an affirming, sensory-sensitive space.


Cancellation Policy

Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page'. Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
