Service Description

Build strength, endurance and coordination with a variety of functional body-weight resistance exercises - each exercise modified to every level of fitness, experience and confidence. Q BODY combines low intensity interval training (LIIT) and high intensity interval training (HIIT) for a 45 minute total body workout. Q BODY is a challenging yet achievable bodyweight-based class suited to every individual. Enjoy moving your body, make connections with those around, and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment. Meet under the trees between 'The Crescent' and 'Domain drive'. Please bring a yoga mat (or towel), a bottle of water, and wear appropriate footwear. *Available on Zoom 02/02

Cancellation Policy

Radiqal Movement works on an appointment based schedule to allow you the time required for your fitness session. Please be on time for your appointments. If you are late for a session it will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a session, it will be considered a no-show and you will be required to pay the fee for the session. Any cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please go to your 'My Booking Page'. Failure to cancel or reschedule a training session within this time will result in you being charged for the session. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
